Dandelion Break: Last weekend

And a fresh breath. My doctor recently said I have pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. Since I already have high blood pressure, this is a problem. There's a simple solution, that began with my fitbit. I'm up to 10,000 steps a day.

I promised a dandelion break on the weekends. I'm posting a little late, but want to share my walk this evening:



From earlier in the day. I love spring flowers...even if it's a bit early this year.
